《How to Drink》
1. Choose: Select a blend that appeals to you "now" from keywords or colors. That feeling is your "now."
2. Wait: Place one sachet of tea leaves into a teapot. Pour in hot water (approx. 200ml), cover, and steep for 3-5 minutes. The luxury of simply watching the aroma rise and the color change.
3. Listen: Strain the tea leaves. While savoring each sip, gently accept your inner sensations.
