Thank you for visiting the Prism Tea website. I am Megumi, the owner of Prism Tea.

Fourteen years ago, I suffered from chronic pain of unknown cause and was almost bedridden.

The pain in my whole body felt like glass was piercing my body, and the pain was so intense that I couldn't move my body and couldn't go about my daily life. It was very difficult to do anything. Every day was a day of despair, and my mind and body were just in pain.
At such times, there was a single moment when the pain disappeared. That was when I was touching plants and vegetables. I started to cook while communicating with plants and vegetables. Then, miraculously, the pain subsided and I was able to live my daily life peacefully.

This was a huge miracle for me that I had never expected.

From there, I began working in plant-based cooking, spending my days interacting with vegetables and facing plants.

As I continued to learn, I came to understand the power of "plant therapy" and "herbs."

When I visited Australia in 2025, I was guided by "seven colors of light."

I received a message from the plants asking me to "deliver seven colors of light," and from there a miraculous synchronicity occurred, setting off on a journey that connected the plants of Japan and Australia.

The inspiration I received at that time was the origin of Prism Tea.

What the plants taught me was that "seven colors of light create harmony."

Thus, seven types of herbal tea were born, each themed around the seven energy points in the human body known as "chakras."

The wisdom of plants helps us to feel happy in the present moment, free from anxiety and worry, and to enter a realm where we feel at ease with ourselves.

Just as light changes into seven colors when it passes through a prism, herbs also become the energy and colors that each of us needs in our present moment, and it feels as if they repair the seven colors of our chakras on a deep level.

We want Prism Tea to be a cup of tea like a talisman that will help you to get back to yourself in your daily life.

    In addition, some of the herbs are grown without pesticides by farmers in Myanmar. A portion of the sales goes to a system that supports the livelihoods of these farmers.
