    MY STORY

    Why I came to focus on plants

    For a long time, I faced a period where I continually grappled with my own physical condition.
    Finding a breakthrough was difficult, and during a time when my mind and body were greatly shaken, I encountered
    the concept of "Yin-Yang Five Elements," which explores the relationship between the body, food, and the rhythms of nature.

    By re-examining how I approached food, plant choices, and the changing seasons one by one,
    my body gradually began to regain its original balance.
    That experience forms the foundation of who I am today.

    Afterward, driven by a desire to delve deeper into the power of herbs,
    I pursued studies as a herbal therapist and phytotherapist,
    accumulating knowledge in medicinal herbs.
    Combining the "holistic perspective" cultivated through Yin-Yang Five Elements
    with my knowledge of medicinal herbs,
    I select and blend herbs tailored to each individual.
