With summer just around the corner, it's a season when we tend to feel sluggish due to humidity and heat.

It's important to manage your health before summer fatigue sets in.

We have a cafe open space.
Please take your time to find the perfect herb for you. Consultations are also available. We will suggest recommended blends.

There will be no events in June.

Whether events will be held in July or later is yet to be determined.

These can be taken online, or in person if you are local.
